IMPORTANT MOT TESTING UPDATE FROM GOVERNMENT

Hi our lovely customer,

MOTs being temporarily extended for car, van or motorcycle effective from 30 March 2020.

If you’re MOT due date is from 30 March 2020 and after, your vehicle will be automatically given a 6 months MOT exemption.
Eg: If your MOT due date 3/4/2020, this will automatically be extended to 3 October 2020. You will need to get your MOT done by 3 October 2020.

However, the government has made it clear the vehicle must keep in a roadworthy condition and the driver can be prosecuted if driving unsafe vehicles. To maintain your car in this difficult time, we advise customers to get your car checked or carry out your annual service if you are able to. As usual, we offer free pickup and delivery from your home or work.

If you’re MOT due date is 29 March 2020 and before, you will still need to get an MOT before you can drive the car legally on the road.
